  • I logged into your website and imported the Education demo content on it.

    Could you please confirm that it is displaying fine for you?

    in reply to: Demo Site not loading

    It seems from your shared screenshot that you have added Portfolio 2.0 content element inside the portfolio content which is totally wrong and you should add the portfolio 2.0 content element inside the page content.

    It would be great If I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Please try configuring the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

    It has become accessible to me now.

    The below custom CSS code that you are using in the style.css file of a child theme is causing the issue so please remove it to resolve the issue.

    html, body, p, h1, h2, h3, h4, h4, h6, span, a {
        font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif !important;
    }

    This seems the issue of plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    You are most welcome here 🙂

    Hi @abberow,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    I assume that the WP update also updated Javelin. Is this correct?

    No, it is not correct.

    Please download the below latest version of the theme and install it on your website.

    I noticed an alert in Slider Revolution not to save projects until a newer version (6.2.18) of Slider Revolution is installed. I have 6.2.15 and believe I got Slider Revolution through my purchase of Javelin. Is this correct?

    Yes, you are correct.

    To update the Slider Revolution plugin, please delete the plugin and install it again from the below path.

    Admin Area => Appearance=>Install Plugins

    Best regards,

    Yes, I already understood your requirement that you want to display the page like below on your website and I have provided you solution accordingly.

    in reply to: Adding shop page

    You want to display a Portfolio on your website.

    Right?

    Then just create the portfolio, assign portfolio category to the created portfolios and display it on your website using Portfolio 2.0 content element of Unyson page builder as described in my earlier reply.

    @kataleen2k There are various reasons why the “405 Method Not Allowed” error occurs and can be solved in various ways as described on the below pages.

    We don’t know why the users faced this issue as the users resolved the issues themselves.

    If you are facing the same issue then to help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question instead of posting a reply on others thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

    If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.

    We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Please also clear the Endurance Page Cache that you are using on your website and make sure that you are using the latest version of the Slider Revolution plugin.

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin, Slider Revolution plugin, and WpBakery page builder plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    I visited your website and it works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.

    Please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

    Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot the issue?
