I can see the logo is center aligned in your shared screenshot.
You can add bottom padding to it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

It seems you have set the light desktop header for the home page, therefore, the menu text displays in white.

It seems what you are trying to achieve is an elastic layout that is not good and not used nowadays as it stretches the images and breaks their ratio.
