It is WordPress theme and not HTML template but you can save the HTML, CSS & JS code from shared website as described below.

You are using a custom header template on your website created using WPBakery page builder, therefore, the topbar won’t display on it.
You have to either create similar topbar in the Finance header using WPBakery page builder or use any other builtin header template.

The server where my site is located is in a private area.
This is the issue that your website can’t import demo content or install plugins from external public servers.
Please make sure that your website can call & access public servers to make it work.

Thank you for sharing the site credentials but it seems you have shared your demo site credentials but the issue occurs on your new website.
Could you please reproduce the issue on your demo website or share your new website credentials?
I could confirm the issue on your shared website but it appears on the old pages and not on new pages created using the latest WordPress gutenbarg editor.
Have you created the pages using an older WordPress version and then updated WordPress to the latest version?
Are you getting the same error for new pages?

Not an issue at all.
I could confirm it on your shared website.
If you are using CDN or smush on your website then please try clearing its cache or temporarily deactivating it.
Also, Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Sorry, my colleague also couldn’t reproduce the issue but if you have development or staging website then could you please create the same issue on it so that it won’t affect your live website and we can further troubleshoot it?
