I recommend you to import a corporate accounting demo on your development or staging website as shown in the attached screenshot and then refer it to create on your live website.

I am not sure what you meant by OpenDesign Options so could you please share me the screenshot of it?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Yes, the theme is compatible with WPML plugin but not sure why the plugin is conflicting with the Mega menu so could you please contact the WPML plugin support?

It has nothing to do with the theme but your web server or your WordPress installation.
Please use the following plugin to test whether your site sends emails successfully.

If your website and above plugin doesn’t send test email then you can troubleshoot and fix the email not getting sent issue as described in the below pages.

If the test email gets sent then please check whether the test email sent from the contact form settings gets sent successfully.
