I could confirm the issue on your website.

Those spaces are added by the padding added to the rows and an empty row added after “Why us” section so please edit the page and remove the space.
If you can’t remove it then would you mind if I log into your site and remove it? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
This is happening because you have set a very large logo image on your website so change it to the logo image having a maximum 65px height.

You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I logged into your site and saw the issue is causing by the Rank Math SEO plugin that you are using on your website.
Please deactivate that plugin or contact the plugin support to resolve the issue.

I logged into your site and found out that it is not working because of Popup Maker plugin that you are using.

The issue will be fixed ASAP.

Also the top text like the email address and phone number in the top bar is not clickable, how do we fix that?
