I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

To achieve this, you have to remove the CSS code added in the custom CSS option of the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot and add that CSS code in the style.css file of the Gillion child theme.

This can be browser cache issue so please try clearing the browser cache or using a different browser.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I logged into your website and disabled the Yellow Pencil Editor plugin which resolved the issue so it seems the issue caused by the CSS code developed using Yellow Pencil Editor plugin.
You can remove the Yellow Pencil editor CSS as described in the below pages.

and i cant like open any sub menu in the menu options or drag and drop any widget to the side bar..

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
If it is not plugin conflict then please try reinstalling the WordPress on your site as described on the below pages.

also i cant find the wp bakery plugin in the plugins area..

Also, please try using the Gillion theme instead of its child theme to confirm whether it is a child theme issue.

I need to have a button that lets the customer create an account in the navigation bar. currently there’s only a account login button so its really confusing.

When you use internal page links in the menu then the page doesn’t get refreshed causing the issue.
