I regenerated the thumbnails and used below custom CSS code to make it work.

It is too much CSS and I am not sure which one exactly is affecting it.
Please try removing each CSS rule one by one and test whether the issue gets resolved to find out which one is causing the issue.
Please edit your site home page and in its Blog Page Settings, you can configure how many posts to display on the home page as shown in the attached screenshots.
As said above you are using custom WPbakery templates, therefore, you have to make changes directly in them as displayed in the above-shared screenshots.
If you want to make changes in the header and footer using theme options then just set the Header Template to Header 1 and Footer Template to Default in the theme settings.
The header is no longer transparent when on the very top of the home page.
I changed the Header to Light in the page header settings as shown in the attached screenshot which made it work.
The navigation is no longer centred (the shopping cart and search icon are good, they should be aligned to the right. But the navigation itself is supposed to be in the middle.).
It was center-aligned because earlier you were using WPBakery page builder header but now the predefined header does not display it center aligned.

This is because you have set Header and Footer template to WPBakery page builder templates as shown in the attached screenshots so you have to make changes in it using WPBakery page builder and no theme options work on it.
map on contact page does not show (I have inserted in theme options the right api key)

Yes, the theme only displays featured image in the lightbox popup.
You can use any of the below plugins to display images in the lightbox added in the post content.

You are using older version of the Jevelin theme on your site so first please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Now, I can see you can create or edit the pages on your site without any issue as shown in the attached screenshot.
but issues from theme options did not solve

It seems you are referring to the attachment as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can edit that advertisement by editing the sidebar widget as shown in the second attached screenshot.
I logged into your site and saw you had set WPBakery page builder header to your site home page so I changed it to Default as shown in the attached screenshot and the site title started displaying.
Could you please confirm it?
Could you please contact your web host and ask to set PHP version to 7.2 from 7.3.10 that you are currently using on your site?
The ‘Body’ item is configured as a category exactly the same as the other categories in the mega menu. I’ve attached a screenshot.
Could you please click on its settings and share the screenshot of what you have configured there?
Regarding the admin access, I’ve added more info at the private information field.
