    I visited your shared website and it seems you have not assigned any menu to it so please assign it as shown in the attached screenshots.

     

    You can display the site topbar by enabling it in the theme Header settings but it is only available for Header Template 2 and 3 as shown in the attached screenshots.

    You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

     

    .woocommerce table.shop_table.cart a.button {
        clear: both;
        text-align: center;
    }

    I logged into your website and resolved the issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

     

    .blog-slider-container-style8 {
        direction: ltr;
    }

    It confirms that this is your web server related issue.

    Icons are still disappearing now only on Firefox on Mac when the site is first visited. I’ve never experienced this with any theme. Is it a caching issue?

    Yes, this can be caching issue so, please try clearing the browser cache and deactivating browser extensions.

     

    I tried to reset the site url to localhost but it took the site down and had to repair via database. Not sure how this would work. Are you saying localhost should be the site’s URL???? Totally confusing. In my case the name of the site also has space

    No, you don’t have to change it to localhost. It’s my URL.

     

    You have to just check whether you have added both the URLs same or they are different including http/https.

If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Please check that you have set the Header layout in the theme settings and in the page settings by editing the page as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Ok. It seems there is some compatibility issue.

     

    You can create a similar footer using the theme-provided footer template and set it in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
