@adaonichabor To help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question instead of posting a reply on others thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.

Hi @a.dev,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Have you made your site header menu sticky which gets scrolled on scrolling the page?
If yes then that is why this is happening and there isn’t any option to make the dropdown menu scrollable.
To resolve this you can just create a smaller sub menus.

This is a known issue which will be resolved ASAP.

You can defer parsing of javascript as described in the below pages.

I have tested it multiple times on your shared page bbut it is working fine for me.
Are you testing it without logging into your site?
It is working fine for me on your shared page also.
Please test it clearing your browser cache as the browser caches the page media.
It doesn’t seem you are using any cache plugin on your site.
Also, you are using larger images than required and CSS files are not minimized as shared in the private reply.
You can also find out the slow speed reason using below tools and optimize them.
I can see now that the issue is resolved on your shared page now.
You can test it yourself by clearing your browser cache.
Please confirm.
