Yes you are right and this is what I want to tell you that images on the demo site also get cropped so that it will display in the appropriate size.
If you don’t want to crop the images or change the ratio of image cropping then you have to develop custom code.
I have developed custom plugin for you and attached it to this reply which contains custom code that you can edit to change various image sizes on your site.
when I click reply on a comment it scrolls down a bit to the main comment box, and if I type something and submit it just appears as a new individual comment.
I posted test comment on your shared page but it seems it doesn’t display until you approve the comment.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
I updated the child when on the jevelin dashboard in wordpress it said to update, I assumed it would update to the latest version?
And also in future should I only every update the parent theme, is there any need to update the child theme, or is it just a redirection to the parent theme?
You don’t need to update the child theme and intention of child theme is to preserve its changes not to update it.
Please find more information about child theme in the below page.
http://freewptp.com/why-and-how-to-create-wordpress-child-theme/
You can make changes in it using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the below page.

I could access your site now but it is displaying same for me when logged in and when not logged in as displayed in the attached screenshots.
Could you please share me the screenshots of the issues?
Also, this can be a browser specific issue so please try using different browser.
It will be soon but currently, we don’t have an exact timeline for it.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @TheLongDrink,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The easiest way to create that page is to import Creative Slider demo content as displayed in the attached screenshot and then just edit the imported content.

Hi @johnphays,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure you have activated theme required Unyson plugin.
If still the issue persists then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

Hi @emailjohna,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Also please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.

Your theme (Jevelin Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.
Attached is my themes. I am using a child theme copy of jevelin where I make changes in custom code etc for little things.
This is a known thing which will be resolved ASAP in the future version of theme.
In the meanwhile you can just ignore this warning as the theme still works with the latest version of Woocommerce plugin without any issue and if you get any issue then feel free to ask us.
Should I change the theme to parent jevelin and update that too?
You don’t need to change the theme. Just update the parent Jevelin theme as described in the below page.
https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Can I do this without making the theme live?
Yes
Hi @Steen010,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share me the screenshot of the issue?
This can be due to easy-google-font-styles used on your site so could you please try temporarily disabling it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @juliesparks,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.
Also please update the Jevelin theme to the below latest version.
Please login to access this file
Best regards,

Solution for this topic
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-header-top { position: fixed !important; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; z-index: 9999; } header.primary-desktop { margin-top: 50px; } #page-container .sh-header.sh-sticky-header.sh-sticky-header-active { top: 46px !important; } .admin-bar .sh-header-top { top: 32px; } .admin-bar #page-container .sh-header.sh-sticky-header.sh-sticky-header-active { top: 78px !important; }
Yes you can rename child theme and you will find information about it in the below page.

Hi @davey1975,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I reinstalled the new child theme without destroying the original, but nothing changed with the headers. It still displays “Blog” in the title of a single post.
Have you activated the child theme on your site?
Regarding the images, please see attached (image streched on front-page.jpg). The linked posts (first two with blue link icon) are shown in the correct format (3:2), but the rest are stretched. Also on the post page, the images are stretched, please see attached (Image stretched on post.jpg). The image in the foreground is the original image I uploaded to the post. As you can clearly see, the are parts of the top and bottom of the image, that are not displayed in the post. Regenerating the image does help either.
Please answer my below questions that I am asking you again & again.
It seems to display fine for me as displayed in the below demo site.
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog/blog-masonry-2-0/
Is the same displaying for you?
Also when I try to visit the posts on your shared site then I get redirected to another site so could you please tell me why?
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Sorry but I didn’t get the details.
Could you please share it again and also send it on [email protected]
