Hi @carergarden,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is an Image Gallery element of the Unyson page builder as shown in the attached screenshot.
Are you using the same element?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Your shared login credentials are not working now so could you please make sure that they are working fine so that I can troubleshoot the issue more?
I can see the test email is not getting sent from the contact form settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please use the following plugin to test whether your site sends emails successfully.

Awesome great to see you got that fixed.

Solution for this topic
it did, but the images are stacked below the post (plus are huge), not side by side in the screenshot in the original post.
I have resolved this.
Also pricing button is missing.. PS.
It displays for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
please can you let me know what the extra CSS was that you added, I didnt see it and I want to comment it for future reference.
I have added the below CSS code.
.single-product section.up-sells.upsells.products { clear: both; }
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
You are most welcome here 🙂
It also works fine for me in the Gutenberg editor as shown in the first attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you have configured it to display in the preference settings as shown in the second and third attached screenshots.
Please make sure that you are using the latest versions of PHP, Theme, and Plugins on your website.

Please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.
I logged into your website and resolved it by changing the custom CSS code in your theme settings.
Could you please confirm it?
Hi @dominantdesires,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to add the Quote text in the Quote fields as shown in the attached screenshot.

We have some demo content created using Elementor therefore it is listed as required but If you are not using it then just ignore the message.
The icon was a part of the Unyson Mega Menu extension that you no longer using but you can achieve this using any of the below Mega menu plugins.
I still see the issue on both of your shared websites that will be resolved soon.
I logged into your website and saw you are using the outdated version of PHP on your website as shown in the attached screenshot so please contact your web host to upgrade it.
Also, please contact your web host and remove the waspthemes-yellow-pencil folder displayed on the below path.
/home/u929667291/domains/maacpunjab.in/public_html/wp-content/plugins/waspthemes-yellow-pencil/
I see the issue on both of your shared websites.
Could you please temporarily deactivate the cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
