I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can try resolving the issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

The theme doesn’t have any specific media size requirement so you can just let it be the default sizes there.

The theme doesn’t contain archive.php file so you won’t find it anywhere.
The functionality of this file is handled by index.php file in the theme.

I visited your shared site but it seems you have not created contact form using Unyson contact form content element.
If it so then could you please tell me a bit more in detail how you have created it and also temporary disable W3 Total Cache on your site?

Please advise and also share me the screenshot of the setting where you have configured it.

I could confirm the issue on your shared site and could reproduce it on my test site using child theme. The issue seems causing because of CSS specificity issue.
I have notified the theme developer about this issue so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.

@medeaweb I don’t see any other counter in the sidebar of your shared site except facebook widget counter which displays fine as shown in the attached screenshots.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You are using the plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not direct customer of that plugin and can not update that plugin until you purchase it.

We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case you can just delete old plugin version and reinstall latest plugin version bundled with theme.

I logged in to your site but it seems you have not shared admin credentials so I couldn’t troubleshoot the issue.
Could you please make the shared user account as an admin?
Also please try clearing the W3 Total Cache or temporary disabling it.
