You’ll notice that when the page first loads, the slider is not the correct size (it’s much smaller than it should be). After it goes to the next slide, it is back to the correct size. Please help me fix this issue.

If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not update that plugin until it is updated in the theme.

We will update the plugin bundled with the theme in every theme version so you don’t need to purchase it.
Just make sure you are using below latest version of theme and then just delete the slider revolution plugin and install updated one from Appearance -> Install Plugins

I would like to add on my homepage a banner stick to my Revolution Slider. I tried with a single image and modified the setting option of the image and of the row… Its seems working on the WP Bakery View, but not when i’m saving, and on the preview. (cf attachments)
Maybe you have a better idea to do it. Can you give me some advice please ?

Ok thank you we were able to get rid of the black space by unchecking the setting in the wpbakery builder row “full height row”.
Is there a setting (on revolution slider or wpbakery builder) to make sure the image doesn’t get cut off on mobile? (it looks great on desktop and laptop, it is on mobile that it cuts off the image. see image attached)
I don’t think slider revolution has any setting for it but you may find a setting for it in the WPbakery page builder row that contains the slider.

You can contact the plugin team to know whether they have restricted copying slide from one page to another in the bundled version of the plugin.

Revolution slider no longer allows me to use my own templates. It says I need to purchase a code to have premium features but all I want to do is copy a slide from one page to another page. This is extremely frustrating because duplicating or using one of my own slides should not be a premium feature. I understand the premium templates are but not one that I have previously created and want to use.
Yes, you will see the slider revolution plugin on the path Appearance -> Install Plugins after deleting the plugin.
Just make sure that you are using latest version of the theme.

I have just went live with the updated version of my website at kosmetikbasel.com.
However, now 1)the Slider Revolution won’t show any images (it did before going live) and also 2) images in the Header won’t show up, despite them being loaded.

Thank you for the answer. I opened the Install Plugins in Appearance. There is the Slider Revolution not available before I did not uninstall/ delete it. (I did not try to delete the plugin, because I am not sure, if the link will appear in the Install Plugins after deleting it) I saw some pictures in the blog, where already installed plugins are there with Status Installed. Will I see the Slider Revolution link in Install Plugins in Appearance after deleting the plugin?
One more information: The Jevelin theme was bought 2017 and activated not by me. The Slider Revolution was maybe not activated, because in the plugin screen I see the text Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits (e.g. Live Updates). I am not 100% sure, but I think this text came late. At the beginning it was not available.

VeliIt is due to Slider Revolution configuration so to fix it either recreate the slider or refer the plugin documentation or contact the plugin support.
I logged into your website and set the slider in the Titlebar Revolution Slider option as described below.

I removed that space by setting slider in the Titlebar Revolution Slider option and removing the slider added in the page content as shown in the attached screenshot.

Once i add the slider revolution plugin on my landing page the header size acts weirdly. I have contact themepunch support and they told me that the issue is “must remove the top padding” and that I should refer back to you. Another issue I get is when I load the landing page i get this weird wobbly effect. Can we avoid it?
Also, when I try to scroll down the landing page I need to make 3 scrolling efforts in order to scroll down. Same for when I am at the very bottom of my page and I want to scroll up, I need to make 3-4 efforts on the mouse wheel and then It would start scrolling upwards. Please advise.
