Thank you for the advice. It doesn’t make the performance better. All Partners pictures (16 pcs) still arive earlier than the other pictures, even before Revolution slider, which is the first element in the page. Even before styles and scripts. (see the attached file – Network tap in Chrome Developer tools). Maybe you could consider lazy loading for those pictures in the next updates.

Would you help me with “Consider marking your touch and wheel event listeners as passive to improve your page’s scroll performance”. The file is /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js. Or should I write a new topic?

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,

Thank you for helping me. The Revolution slider is working.

The interesting part is, that this code was added months ago, looking for a better page score. And the problem with the Revolution slider appears just some days ago.

I activated back the Asset CleanUp, Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache plugins.

What about Redux and WPBakery Page Builder plugins? Do I need them if I do not attempt to build new pages? I am asking this, because the PageSpeed Insights advise me to reduce or switch the number of WordPress plugins loading unused JavaScript and CSS. I am not satisfied with the page speed score.

    Your advice is highly appreciated.

I checked again. In admin mode everithing is OK. It was OK 2-3 days ago, too. As a normal user outside of the Admin mode I can not see the Revolution slider. I tried to access the site as a guest via Chrome and via Microsoft Edge, too. I can’t see the Slider Revolution pictures in the blue field.
It was also my assumption, that the cache creates the problem. It is why I cleared the cache several times everywhere – in Admin panel, in Chrome and in Cloudflare. Whould you please check the site as a user, not via admin panel.

    Waiting for your feedback.

    Hi again,

I installed the new theme version 4.9.3. However I am using a Child theme. If I activate the 4.9.2. I losе fonts and other things I have already customized. However it does not help for visualizing Revolution Slider outside of Admin mode.
I deactivated the most of the plugins. It didn’t help, too. Till now I used the old Unyson. I like it. I have deactivated it and activated Redux and WP Backery. I lost again the customization. Now the Unyson is back next to Redux and WP Backary. Is it OK?

I checked the errors in developer tools in Chrome. Attached you can see a capture of it. One of the errors is with RevSlider connected.

In Admin mode this error doesn’t exist.

    Any advice?

One more thing: The Slider is working in Admin mode. When I log out the Slider Resolution disappear.  I tried to delete cache everywhere – Autoptimize, WP Fastest Cache,Cloudflare. I updated Slider Revolution to version 6.3.4 by reinstalling the plugin. The problem still exists.

    Solution for this topic

    Hi, Shufflehound Support,

After your reply it was not possible to access the pages. It is why I guessed that the reason should be the cache. I deleted the cache everywhere – Autoptimize, Cloudflare. However, the problem remains. I tried to access the admin dashboard via Microsoft Edge and everything worked fine. That means that the problem should be the Chrome cache. And it was :). After deleting Chrome cache the plugins page is accesseble.

Thank you for the information, that the problem is only mine and I tried to look in a different direction to solve it.

    Have a successful day!

    Hi, Support,

In the private content you can find account login details.

I ried to solve the problem by restoring a back-up from last week. No success.

    I highly appreciate your support.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi, again

Waiting for your answer, I decided to download the Beta version 4.8.0.1 and to replace via FileZilla the existing version. The galeries are OK. There are other problems, which I have to solve. However, this one is in the past.

    Hi, Shufflehound Support,

I am in the same situation like the people above. All my image galleries and partners galleries are not working. I am using a Child Theme. When I checked the Updates menu there stays that my themes are all up to date. How to find were the problem is?

    Hi, Shufflehound team,

Thank you for the answer.  I opened the Install Plugins in Appearance. There is the Slider Revolution not available before I did not uninstall/ delete it. (I did not try to delete the plugin, because I am not sure, if the link will appear in the Install Plugins after deleting it) I saw some pictures in the blog, where already installed plugins are there with Status Installed. Will I see the Slider Revolution link in Install Plugins in Appearance after deleting the plugin?

One more information: The Jevelin theme was bought 2017 and activated not by me. The Slider Revolution was maybe not activated, because in the plugin screen I see the text Activate Slider Revolution for Premium Benefits (e.g. Live Updates). I am not 100% sure, but I think this text came late. At the beginning it was not available.

    Waiting for your reply.

    Best regards,
    Veli

    Hi, Shufflehound team,

After clearing browser cache everything goes well. Thank you for the support.

I have already the answer of my hosting provider. They do not have any restrictions.

The interesting part is that I have already normally working embeded wp forms. Only the form in Contact page, which is created directly in the page with Unyson, has the ajax error. And this is in case, that no one optimization plugin is working.

I created a new embeded wp form for the Contact page. It is working correctly.

My conclusion is that the problem is in the Contact form in Unyson.

My next step is the optimization again. I hope the reCaptcha or the send function will not disappear again.

    Best regards,

    Veli

    Hi, again,

The problem is not in the reCaptcha. I disabled it and the error is here. I disabled almost all plugins, cleared cache, disabled the reCaptcha. The problem is in the ajax. The file is here. I disabled the MalCare WordPress Security & Firewall plugin. Same result. What could restrict it? I wrote to my host support. I am still waiting for their answer.

However, the problem is not in the reCaptcha. Attached is a capture of the screen.

Thank you for the support. If you have any new idea, I will highly appreciate it.

    Hi, again.

    Thank you for the reply.

I did what you told me.

The reCaptcha configuration is made in two positions:

    1. WP Forms
    2.  In Unyson (for the Contact page – request form in the page)

I used even two different key sets for the different appis with the idea to solve the problem. No success.

I disabled all plugins except Unyson, cleared the cache, incl. purged cache in Cloudflare. I see the error again. I think the problem appears today. I did not see this jesterday. Jesterday I have had other problem with reCaptcha: By first load the reCaptcha could not be seen. After reload everyting was OK. I solved the problem by disabling Optimize JavaScript Code in Autoptimize and defering https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js?onload=wpformsRecaptchaLoad&render=explicit&ver=2.0.0 in Async JavaScript. Now I have always the reCaptcha, however not working properly.

Now I have enabled allmost all plugins. Otherway the site looks ugly. The problem is not resolved.

Any new ideas? What about wp-embed.min.js?ver=4.9.8:1
