Can you please try to update to the latest theme version? It might help to fix your issue

We can understand your issue, but it is hard to make both things to work together – open the parent link and open the dropdown, so at the moment we are opening just the dropdown when clicking on the parent link.
How would you recommend to improve this?

Most likely some of your plugins might be overwriting our theme functionality.
Can you please try to disable one by one and see if plugins are causing it?

At the moment we have only a solution to fix the white space at the top by removing top column padding in the page builder.
Other than that did you try to change the slider settings? As it seems to be related to Slider Revolution plugin.
Below we attached 6.5.7 version that you can try. It should be possible to downgrade as it isn’t major version change

You can select just Arial.
Screenshot is from the latest Gillion theme version with Redux framework plugin. You can migrate to it under Jevelin (admin sidebar) > Framework Upgrade
Oh, it is the same – Gillion Settings (at the topbar) > Styling (section)

You could try to set fonts under Jevelin Settings > Styling section to standard fonts like Arial.

We did two things:
- changed child theme PHP code
- opened Admin sidebar > Settings > Permalinks and clicked Save changes, so the link structure gets update

We tested it on the iPad and we could somewhat replicate it, but only for the first page load. Does this issue goes away after a page reload?
Not at the moment, but that block should be easily adjusted via CSS.
Most likely that was only in the page builder and not in the page settings.
We managed to add a new option for this feature under Jevelin Settings (at the topbar) > Post > Post Parallax available in our latest beta version below:

About the author meta data you can turn it off under Gillion Settings (topbar) > Blog and turn of both Author + Date options.
Category unfortunately at the moment is available only on the image.
We will think about it.
Can you please give us a link to a page where we can see the exact place you would like for us to add this option? (there could be a multiple places where option could be needed)

Hi there,
Before we start debugging it, do you have any performance optimization plugins enabled? If yes, can you please turn it off and see if the issue is solved? For similar issues pretty frequently we find that those optimization plugins cause these kind of issues.

That is a standard practice for WordPress plugins and themes to use admin-ajax.php file for to send AJAX requests. We are not sure why, but that is how it works (if you are interested then here is more information about that).
