Looks like we managed to fix this issue by improving Jevelin Child theme.
Can you please confirm that? 🙂
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We might have a solution for the Slider Revolution plugin – please try to update to the latest version attached bellow. In the changelog we saw that hey have made improvements regarding to this exact issue.
Let us know if that solves the issue. 🙂
We can show you were the code is located in the theme, but then you won’t be able to update the theme as the changes will rewrite after the update.
At the moment we are thinking about adding a new option for this issue as we don’t have any other good solutions for this issue.
Hi there,
We spent some time debugging and it seems that this is not theme related issue as we also saw the issue when loading content outside our theme.
It seems that the issue might be cause by Advanced Editor Tools (previously TinyMCE Advanced) plugin as it isn’t compatible with the latest WordPress versions and haven’t been updated for almost a year. We suspect that this plugin might corrupted something for that post as we saw similar complains from the plugin users.
To fix this post issue we would recommend you to copy the content to a new post and delete the old one. Also try to use default block editor without additional plugins.

Yes, we also added a notice above the CSS snippet that changes it from 2 to 1 (for easier understanding what to remove)
It might be possible. How much smaller would you like it to be?
We are not sure why it is even clickable as in our test websites there isn’t a link, but we managed to remove it for your website.
If you would like to further edit height you will need to edit:
Font family can be changed like this:

Hi there,
In the WPBakery page builder we saw that for the right column z-index was set to -1 that means that this block was put behind and couldn’t be clicked. After removing everything works fine.

Hi there,
Looks like we managed to solve your issue.
Your footer is now rebuilt under Admin sidebar > Footer section and can be edited with WPBakery page builder.
Let us know if the issue is fixed. 🙂

Hi there,
We are not sure what specifically could cause this, but that is the only place where it can be changed. Would it be possible to login to your website and help you to find and solve the issue?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We created other custom CSS that should solve your issue:
body.single-post .blog-single { Â Â padding-top: 60px; }
Let us know if that works! 🙂

Shufflehound team
Looks like we found the cause Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin could be overwriting our header and footer. So you need to either build and activate your header/footer from this plugin or you need to remove it.

Looks like the logs didn’t upload correctly. We can offer you to login in to your website and try to debug it, but we can’t make any promises that we will find a solution.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
In the admin sidebar there should be a page under Headers section. Just edit in the WPBakery page builder.
If needed we can change it for you, but we will need your website access details
Hi there,
Looks like that at the moment parallax is always on for that specific layout you are using in that single page.
We could try to create an option for that layout to turn it off site wide.
About how parallax image is shown – we have only one algorithm with only scrolling speed adjustment options.

Shufflehound team
It seems that your main page have the header disabled, is that correct?
Also in project pages we can see that you have a header enabled with only the logo and without navigation?
The question is where do we need to enable the topbar?
We improved your header buttons appearance by adding some custom CSS (under Jevelin > Customize > Backend Options > Custom CSS/JS)
Can you please let us know if the issue is fixed?
We found that you had Classic Editor plugin installed and active. This plugin disables Gutenberg editor.
After disabling it Gutenberg editors works as it should.
Can you please confirm it?
We changed columns from 2 to 1.
Can you please take a look if the issue is fixed now?
Hi there,
Yes, in the header builder element there should be option for this under mobile section.

Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Do you have access to the PHP error logs?
Maybe there we can see something related to this issue.
