This is a new theme future that adds option to verify purchase and receive automatic theme updates.
Your purchase code most likely is just fine, but in some cases there might be an issue connecting to our server. If it would be possible to login to your website dashboard we could try to test it and fix it. (you can share it in the private information field)

By inspecting the screenshot looks like you are uploading theme file in the plugin section where only plugin zip files are allowed. Please try to upload it under appearance/themes section. That should fix your issue.
Let us know if that works.

Sorry for our late response.
We might finally found the cause for your issue. It looks like the issue is coming from the WooCommerce Quick View plugin. Can you please disable it and see if that fixes it?

One way to do that would be to set header/footer to almost empty sections and then just to hide with CSS.

Thought we can recommend you to install/activate Yellow pencil plugin that comes from our theme. It could allow your easily customize it
