Hi there,
After multiple tests we saw that you have entered both address and latitude/longitude. It seems that it caused an issue and by removing the latitude/longitude options the Google Maps is working fine now.
Can you please check that? π
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you for letting us know! We will check that π
Hi there,
We checked most of your pages and we couldn’t see any pages with the white background anymore.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Can you please share a link to your website, so we can inspect your setup? We might have some ideas how to fix it, but we will need to see how your site is built.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
That’s odd. Could we log into your website to investigate this issue further? You can add the login details in the private information field.
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
It seems that we managed to fix the issue with bugfix.
The fix will be included in the next theme release.
Please test it. π
We just answered to your separate ticket.
Hi there,
Please try our latest theme version below, which included the WPBakery page builder 7.1 version:
Please login to access this file
After updating the theme go to the Appearance > Install plugins and update it there. In every theme update we try to include updated plugin versions, so you just need to keep theme updated. π
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Are you using the latest theme version (5.8)?Β If not, then you can download it below and please try updating again.
Please login to access this file
Otherwise we can recommend disabling the WPBakery page builder before attempting to update it and trying again.
Let us know if that helps! π
Thank you!
Can you please let us know some exact places where we can test the sticky feature? We saw some working sticky blocks and want to know where exactly to look.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Did you manage to solve it?
We can see that you don’t have the default logo anymore.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Great! We have replied to your separate topic about the bold issue.
Hi there,
Thank you for providing the login details.
Regarding the bold issue, we couldn’t replicate it on either Windows or MacOS. It was also working fine on both Chrome and Safari. We have attached a screenshot below. Please check it on multiple browsers and devices. A known issue is that if you have a font, such as the one used on the website, installed on your device, it could cause compatibility issues.
As for the missing Google fonts issue, we found that when we tried to install a debugging plugin, we received the error “Installation failed: Download failed. cURL error 77.” It seems that there may be some issues with your server/hosting that could be related to why the Google fonts are missing. So we recommend contacting your hosting support.
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
Sorry for that, we are working on it.
Hi there,
Sure, but currently we don’t have any ETA when the next update will be launched.
About the Facebook widget it doesn’t look right. Make sure you have entered only your username as there shouldn’t be any rofile.php?id= in there.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
That is how it works by default in WordPress. But you can improve this by adding plugins like this one.
Hopefully that helps! π

Hi there,
Sure, we can help you with that, but the when entering your website it shows “This site canβt be reached”, can you please check that?
We recommend disabling performance optimization plugins and checking if that helps.

Hi there,
Give it a go by clicking on ‘New Language’ and following the steps provided, or try clicking on ‘Edit Template’. You should be able to find the texts you were mentioning in those sections.
Hope that does the trick! Let us know. π

Hi there,
We didn’t address your question about outdated plugins earlier. Yes, there might be some deprecated plugins, but those are only for legacy theme users and are not required for new users of the theme. An example is the Unyson framework, which was our main framework plugin for a long time. Since it’s no longer being updated, we’ve moved to using the Redux framework. However, we’ve kept Unyson available for those who haven’t switched to Redux, as it might be handy in certain cases.
None of the plugins included with our theme require any kind of payment, as they are covered by our extended theme licenses. It seems you are referring to the Slider Revolution plugin, which can be used without any additional cost. Some features, such as plugin updates, may not be available, but we provide it through the theme updates.
Regarding the mega menu, we double-checked, and it’s working fine for us. Under Appearance > Menus, you can activate “Use as Mega Menu” for the first-level navigation items, and the mega menu should appear. Just make sure you’ve turned on the option to display blog posts.
We recently checked the Facebook widget, and it was working fine. Just double-check that you’re entering the correct Facebook username. If your Facebook page is https://facebook.com/myusername, then you should enter “myusername” in the widget settings.
We’re aware of a glitch with the Instagram feed and currently recommend using a different plugin as a workaround, due to changes on Instagram’s end.
If you’re looking to reinstall the demo content, you should be fine, but it’s always a good idea to back up your work, just to be safe.
