If you are using an older version of the theme, we strongly recommend updating to the latest version. After updating, please check to ensure everything works as it should and consider creating a backup before proceeding.
We always try to create updates that won’t broke your website when updating from older to newer versions.

We can confirm the issue on your website.
Have you tried updating the Revolution Slider to the latest version? You can do this under Appearance > Install Plugins.
If that doesn’t resolve the problem, consider adding the following custom CSS to the theme settings:
#rev_slider_9_1_wrapper { left: 0!important; }Let us know if that helps! 🙂

In some places it might be embedded inside the theme, so you would need to modify the theme files. But we could help with that if needed.

By default it should show the author box also at the top of the author page. It can be disabled due to missing author description, or is disabled from Post Elements option.

- We need to see your website link, otherwise we can’t really guess what could be the issue.
- The portfolio should still work just fine.
- The best way to create pages with the Jevelin theme is by using the WPBakery page builder.

You are right. Our theme primarily supports WooCommerce. While other e-commerce plugins might work, they may not offer the best experience.
