First of all, you can try to migrate away from the Unyson page builder you can migrate to the Redux framework plugin. Migration is available under Jevelin (admin sidebar) > Framework Upgrade.

It seems that the theme settings plugin wasn’t active. So after activating the Redux framework plugin theme settings should work just fine.
