Hello,
In the previous update, we have made changes to ensure the Portfolio section works without the Unyson framework being active. It seems a few additional adjustments were needed, but it should now work fine in the latest beta version. Please give it a try:

Regarding the featured image issue, it seems the bug is coming from Unyson, and unfortunately, we currently don’t have a fix other than migrating to Redux, where the Portfolio works correctly. We will keep working on a solution, but there are limitations on what we can address from the theme side.
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
Hello,
Could you please confirm if you’ve tried disabling the Unyson plugin as previously suggested? This step can help determine if the issue is related to Unyson.
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
The issue might be related to the Unyson framework. I have tested it on our demo site using the Redux framework, and everything worked as expected. Could you please try temporarily disabling the Unyson plugin and then check if the featured image saves correctly?
You might need the latest beta version to make portfolio work without Unyson and Redux:

Hello,
Thank you for your understanding. We’ve done significant work to ensure that our theme continues to function after the Unyson plugin was abandoned. This includes fixing bugs that affected existing Unyson users and making it possible to switch to the new page builder and framework.
You can continue using Unyson if it’s working for your site. If you need any help with this, feel free to reach out.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and for providing detailed information about the issues you’re facing with Elementor 3.0 and the Haste theme.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We’ve released a new update for the Haste theme that includes fixes for the issues you’ve mentioned, such as the sticky sidebar functionality and compatibility with Elementor’s DOM improvements. Hello,
Thank you for your patience and for providing the website link.
It looks like the custom CSS modifications are causing the scaling issues on different screen sizes. Specifically, the following custom script seems to be affecting the layout on tablets and laptops:
#content .wpb-content-wrapper { display: inline-block; -webkit-transform: translatex(12px) translatey(-38px); -ms-transform: translatex(12px) translatey(-38px); transform: translatex(12px) translatey(-38px); }
For mobile devices, there might be additional custom CSS impacting the layout. Since this is related to custom changes, it falls outside of our scope of support. However, I recommend reviewing the custom CSS and testing it across different devices to identify the specific changes needed.
Let us know if you need further assistance, and we’ll do our best to guide you!

Hello,
Thank you for your patience, and great catch on the issue regarding emojis. We’ve been working on a server-side fix for this, and it should now be live. Please try importing the demo again and let us know if the issue is resolved. 🙂

You are welcome! 🙂
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words about the Jevelin theme! 🙂
To help you with the scaling issue, could you please share a link to your website? This will allow us to take a closer look at the specific areas that are not displaying well on smaller screens.
If you are using Slider Revolution or custom content blocks, you may need to adjust the settings specifically for mobile devices. Our pre-built demos already include optimized responsive settings, so we recommend using those as a base and customizing from there. However, if you’ve created custom content, manual adjustments to responsive settings may be necessary to achieve the best appearance across all screen sizes.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details. It looks like you’re almost there with your sticky header. You can indeed resolve this with some custom CSS. Please try adding the following code:
#page-container .sh-sticky-header-active .sh-nav > li.menu-item > a { color: #474747 !important; }
This should change the navigation item font color when the sticky menu is active. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out! 🙂

Hello,
Unfortunately, there isn’t an automated plugin to convert Unyson Page Builder content to WPBakery Page Builder. However, you can continue using the Unyson framework if your site functions well with it. If you’d prefer to switch fully to WPBakery, you would need to manually recreate each page.
Let us know if you need further assistance with this!

Hello,
I apologize for the delayed response. The “Open link in a new window/tab” option should still be available when editing your menu items. I have attached a screenshot below showing where you can find it.
Please follow these steps:
Appearance > Menus
in your WordPress dashboard.
If the option still isn’t visible, could you please let us know which theme framework you are using—Unyson or Redux? This will help us provide more specific assistance.

Hello,
Sorry for the late response.
Thank you for providing the detailed error logs. It appears that the issues are related to the Unyson framework, which is no longer actively maintained and may not be fully compatible with PHP version 8.0.30.
To resolve these errors, please consider the following steps:
Please let us know if you need any further assistance or have any questions during this process.

Hello,
Sorry for the late response.
Thank you for providing your website details. After reviewing cejus.ar, it looks like your header is close to the desired design. To make further adjustments, you’ll need to modify the theme layout directly by editing the inc/headers/header-3.php
file.
We recommend using a child theme for these modifications to ensure that your changes aren’t overwritten when the theme is updated. Please note that extensive customizations like layout changes and adding new blocks are beyond the scope of our standard support. You can also try the Yellow Pencil plugin for styling adjustments where possible.
Let us know if you need any further assistance!
