Please also use the below custom CSS code.
#page-container .post-meta-content span.post-readtime { display: inline-block; }
It’s working fine for me on my website.
There must be some security setting or the proxy server on your web host that is restricting access to the file.
Your refund request will be processed by the admin ASAP if you have requested it on ThemeForest.

Hi Lalit,
Thank you for your question.
I don’t see the issue in your shared screenshot so could you please describe the issue a bit more?
Also, please clear and temporarily deactivate the cache that you are using on your website.

Solution for this topic
I logged into your website and saw this was happening because of the “Preserve Code Formatting” plugin that you are using on your website.
I have deactivated the plugin on your website now so could you please check it?
I logged into your website and saw this is happening because the WordPress admin-ajax.php file does not exist or not accessible as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please contact your web host to resolve the issue?

I don’t have an exact ETA but I have asked the developer to fix it soon.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Hi @xivic,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is not demo content but a template.
You can create a page and configure it as a blog page as shown in the attached screenshot.

I have marked the topic as resolved.
We don’t have any ETA for it.
If you want to use it currently then you have to develop custom code.
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Hi @RedWolfCy,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I have created a feature request for it so that the posts will be filtered by tags in the Blog Slider element.
