Please make sure you are using following latest version of Jevelin theme and Unyson plugin on your site.
Please login to access this file
If still the issue persists then this can be child theme issue on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme instead of child theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your child theme issue so just share me your child theme so that i can troubleshoot it.
You are always welcome here 🙂
You are most welcome here 🙂
The Jevelin theme doesn’t come with it?
Yes it comes with it as said above the plugin is bundled with theme.
Your FAQ says to use the code to register it…
Not sure where you are referring it so could you please tell me specifically?
Hi @tmattevc,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this you have to develop custom CSS code and overwrite theme style by adding custom CSS code in the style.css file of child theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

Hi @fbraga,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
That is a custom developed functionality and not a part of theme so to use it you have to also develop custom code.

Not an issue at all. You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi @shanticfm,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-nav li.menu-item-has-children > a:after, .sh-nav li.menu-item li.menu-item-has-children > a:after { display: none; }

It is working fine on my test site.
Please clear the cache on your site if you are using any and also clear your browser cache.
Could you please share me your site URL where you are using it so that i can troubleshoot it?

Hi @snipertrader16,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
First you have to open the header 6 menu then minimize the footer bar displayed by mailchimp plugin then you can see the social icons as shown in the attached screenshots.

Hi @mimesis_team,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to develop custom code to achieve this.

Hi KR,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve this by selecting specific categories in Dynamic Element Category option as shown in the attached screenshot.
Best regards,

Currently the theme doesn’t support this. This may be supported in the future version of theme.
You have to develop custom code to achieve this currently.

Please find attached some screenshots where the menu is not scaled but gets 2 lines – which looks really shiddy. The customer does not want smaller menu font size because on big screens the menu looks to small altready for his taste ;(
Then could you please try using different header layout or is it ok if we reduce font size only when it displays on two lines?
Furthermore I still have the issue with smallerscreen resolutions where also the logo is deformed as discribed before.
This is because you have set too much large image for logo as displayed here http://selbsteinwechslung.de/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Selbsteinwechslung_Logo_quer.png
Instead do not add logo image having width greater than 400px
Awesome great to see you got that achieved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Are you talking about the MailChimp Sign-Up Form widget?
Please make sure you have configured it correctly in Mailchimp for WP settings.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not working correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?

I logged in to your site but i couldn’t do anything as it is displaying right to left so could you please temporary change it to left to right so that i can understand it?
