In all of the pages when you scroll down this pile comes out in the bottom of the site. Can this be visible all the time, and in the beginning of the site show that you can scroll down? ?
Is it on your shared site?
I don’t see it on your shared site.
Please advise.
1.When I install the jevelin-child theme, should I apply it or only install it?
You should activate it.
2.If I do need to apply it will it change my settings/colors/css?
No
3.If I need to change something (for example 404 page) what I need to do in that case?
You need to develop custom code in the child theme as described on this page https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Try achieving this using below CSS code.
body.home .sh-section-6b60dc9e2043efe53db6b9bfc8f9a97c .sh-text-block {
height: 230px;
overflow: hidden;
}
I asked you to share me the screenshot of contact form settings from admin area but you share the contact form screenshot from front end.
Could you please share me the proper screenshot and also the page URL privately where the contact form is displaying?
To share anything privately add it in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”
Awesome great to see you got that solved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
🙂
You are most welcome here 🙂

Solution for this topic
You can try resolving this issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
header.primary-mobile.primary-mobile-light {
height: auto !important;
}
Solution for this topic
Currently there isn’t any theme settings to control its speed but in the theme file /js/scripts.js you will find following code and you can change its speed by changing the value of autoplaySpeed: 5000
/* Partners Carousel */
$('.sh-partners-carousel').each( function() {
var partner_carousel_columns = parseInt( $(this).attr('data-id') );
var partner_carousel_columns_responsive1 = partner_carousel_columns;
var partner_carousel_columns_responsive2 = 2;
if( partner_carousel_columns > 4 ) {
partner_carousel_columns_responsive1 = 4;
}
if( partner_carousel_columns == 1 ) {
partner_carousel_columns_responsive2 = 1;
}
$(this).slick({
infinite: true,
dots: false,
arrows: false,
slidesToShow: partner_carousel_columns,
slidesToScroll: 1,
autoplay: true,
autoplaySpeed: 5000,
Please note you are making changes in the theme files therefore you have to make these changes again after theme updation as changes made in the theme files get lost on theme updation.
It is not getting changed on my test site and also for that user.
Please make sure you are using following latest version of Jevelin theme.
Please login to access this file
Also if it gets changed on your site for some reason then could you please resonfigure it which is one time work?
It is working fine for the menu on my test site and not sure which icons you are referring so could you please tell me a bit more in detail about this by sharing screenshots of it and page URL where it is displaying?
Solution for this topic
You can try achieving it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-nav li.menu-item.sh-nav-search.sh-nav-special {
float: right;
}
a.social-media-instagram i {
display: none;
}
a.social-media-instagram {
background: url("http://www.uleth.ca/lib/images/icons/instagram.png") no-repeat center bottom;
height: 32px;
width: 25px;
display: block;
background-size: 100%;
margin: 0 10px;
}
It seems you missed to attach new instagram icon so i have used placeholder icon in the above code which you can change by replacing icon image URL.
Please try configuring SMTP settings of contact form and then test it using Test connection as shown in the attached screenshots.
Also are you getting normal WordPress emails from your site like user registration or comments made?
Solution for this topic
You can resolve this issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .sh-header.sh-sticky-header-active .sh-nav > .menu-item-type-custom.current_page_item > a {
color: rgba(61,61,61,0.69) !important;
}
Could you please share me the screenshot of contact form settings from admin area and also share page URL from your site where it is displaying so that i can troubleshoot it?
