Solution for this topic
Please follow my steps below.
Download the below theme file.
Please login to access this file
Then upload it on the below path as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Themes -> Add New
Then update the WpBakery page rbuilder plugin from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Alternatively, you can try deactivating the Footer Parallax option in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Awesome great to see you got that worked.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
You are most welcome here 🙂
We’ll resolve it soon.
The website login issue has nothing to do with deactivating the plugins.
If you can’t log into your website then please contact your web host to resolve it.
You are most welcome here 🙂
– Footer title styles: you looked at the wrong titles. I was referring to section titles (¡Suscríbete ahora! – Últimos artículos – Más info). Attached screenshot.
It displays bold for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
How do you want it to display?
– Filters from the review section on mobile: I’ve applied the custom code you gave me and this is what is happening: on mobile, looking at the review section (https://www.thewanderlustmag.com/nuestras-reviews/) we can now correctly see the filters on the top of the page. BUT, when you enter any product review (with or without review score) you’ll see that the order is also changed and now it’s wrong.
I’m going to let the custom code for you to see what I’m talking about.
This problem wasn’t before the theme update
I can see you are using the category shortcode in the widget to display the review section in the sidebar.
Could you please tell me whether you are using any plugin that provides this category shortcode?
– Fixed Toc” content plugin: I’m going to take this article as example of the issue (knowing that the issue happens on all the articles through our website, except for product reviews): https://www.thewanderlustmag.com/ecoturismo-principios-importancia-y-beneficios/
This is what is happening: when you scrolled down in order to read the article, you see the sidebar content going down as it’s supposed to. Just after the recent posts (section “MEJORES RESEÑAS”) you’re supposed to start seeing the fixed toc plugin which is configured in a way user can see which section of the article is reading.
But now, there is something wrong because the fixed toc plugin appears and disappears, sometimes the article even shows unconfigured.
You can find screenshots attached.
We’ve spoken to the plugin’s developer and he specified to us there is a sticky widget that might be causing the conflict which is the recent posts (section “MEJORES RESEÑAS” (screenshot attached)
You can disable the sticky sidebar for the whole website by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#sidebar .theiaStickySidebar { position: static !important; transform: none !important; }
Solution for this topic
I received your email.
I logged into your website and saw you have broken your website home page by using both the Wpbakery and elementer page builders.
Please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or elementer or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.
Now, please restore the older version of the page from the revisions or older backup of our website If you have any.
Hi @Sinergico,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I don’t know the exact plugin for it but you can try using the below plugins to achieve it.

Hi @dirkvang,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I logged into your website and saw this was happening because you had deactivated the responsive design in the WpBakery page builder settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
I have unchecked that option and the website started displaying fine on mobile.
Could you please confirm it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Solution for this topic
Hi @amarinne,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.page #content.content-with-sidebar-right, .page #content.content-with-sidebar-left { width: 80%; } .page #sidebar.sidebar-left, .page #sidebar.sidebar-right{ width: 20%; }
Best regards,

Hi @poojamitra88,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URL from the demo site where the demo banner is displaying so that I can help you to add it on your website?
Best regards,

Hi @ot.tremelin,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
Please login to access this file
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Yellow Pencil Editor, Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,

Hi Simon,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
This can be added by the plugin used on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is adding it if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I saw your shared screenshot but didn’t understand exactly what is the issue in those DOM elements.
Could you please describe it a bit more?
Glad, it worked for you!
