Hi @simsalabim,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is a plugin configuration that you can resolve by using the solution shared in the below topic.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/mobile-version-doesnt-scroll-down/#post-63567
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having the text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Solution for this topic
Hi @simsalabim,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems from your shared screenshot that you have imported the demo content created using the Unyson page builder so please use the Unyson page builder to edit it.
You can use multiple editors on your website but please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.

Shufflehound team
Solution for this topic
You can change its color by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .post-meta .post-meta-categories a:hover { color: #9fc13a!important; }
Awesome great to see you got that found out.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Hi @Lina,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can’t change it using the CSS code.
To change this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

The theme does not add any such tags but the Yoast SEO plugin adds it as described on the below page.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having the text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
You are always welcome here 🙂
Hi @jhxzhang,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems the theme jQuery script is causing the issue as jQuery is updated in the latest WordPress version 5.5
The issue is resolved in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
Please clear your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.

Hi @sociallysleek,

I logged into your website and confirmed the issue on your website home page but I created a page “Test WpBakery Page” on your website and the counter and saving content is working fine on it without any issue so it seems your home page specific issue.
Could you please try adding the same element to the test page to check which element if any is causing the issue on your website home page?
This is a woocommerce issue so please contact the woocommerce support to resolve it.
I have to create a new page and reinstall the theme and temporarily deactivate all other plugins.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?
You can set image size in the Image element as shown in the attached screenshot.
There is a difference between large and full-width image.
The shared login credentials are not working for me so please make sure that they are correct.
Also, have you updated the theme to the latest version as described above?
You will find it as shown in the attached screenshot.
