Have you tested it by temporarily deactivating the plugins and checking it?
Hi @bailey3320,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The icons used on the theme are generated by the below fonts therefore they are not downloadable.

Hi @Kenobi8701,
Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.
I could confirm the issue on your website but it is working fine on my website.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Solution for this topic
Hi @FS_DE,
hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Jevelin -> Theme Settings -> Custom CSS/JS -> CSS Code
.sh-accordion-item .sh-table { display: inline-flex; word-break: break-word; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you.
I will update you here.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and guide you exactly? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having the text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Awesome great to see you got that resolved.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Hi @riccardo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

Hi @daikinaruo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It seems you are using custom fonts such as “δΈΈγγ©γΌγ― M” by using custom CSS code therefore it won’t display the same as the font displayed on the demo website.

Solution for this topic
Hi @ludmila,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to add category IDs there in the Mega menu options and not category names.
You can find category ids as described on the below pages.

Also after saving and edited a slider, in the Slider Revolution editor, I cannot preview the slider. The pop up tells me there is a conflict within the plugins in the theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Slider Revolution, Redux framework, Elementor, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
1). Whenever I edit a slider in Slider Revolution and refresh the Wp frontend bakery editor, the slider that I had there before is deleted and I have to enter the short code from Slider Revolution all over again to get the edited slider to appear.
When I refresh the wp bakery editor, not only is the previous slider gone and there is no slider there at all, but the frontend wp bakery editor creates 1 0r 2 additional text boxes for me to enter the shortcode (from Slider Revolution) into.
Once I delete the extra text boxes and enter the short code, I usually have to do it twice for the edited slider(from Slider Revolution) to appear.
I could not reproduce the issues on your website so could you please tell me the steps to reproduce it and also share the screenshots of them If possible?
