Hi @luc_01,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
On mobile the last three fields (persons, menu and text field) have all different widths and are not mobile friendly at all. Also on desktop those fields look different and are not in line with the rest.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Is it possible to change the text of all text fields into Italic? So it will be in line with the first 4 fields.
Is it possible to change the send text into a send button with the text send (“verstuur” in Dutch) ?
You can change it either by translating the contact form 7 plugin or using any of the following plugins to change it.

Hi @MonologueHQ,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
The first issue is relating to the header and the fact that it seems to be hiding the top of our content (see attachment ‘header’).
I visited your shared site and it works fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
The second issue is relating to six boxes with icons. They should be centered on the page but appear with too much margin on the right-hand side (attachment ‘icon boxes’).
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Best regards,

Solution for this topic
Hi Anthony,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
After importing the blog demo content, you will get the From Side To Side page as shown in the attached screenshot which will display as below.
https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog1/from-side-to-side/
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
Also, please remove all the customizations that you have made on topbar including the CSS code shared above.
This can be a child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.
You are most welcome here 🙂
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
The issue is resolved in the below latest version of theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can display it on mobile by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
@media (max-width: 1025px){ header.primary-desktop { display: block !important; } header.primary-desktop .sh-header-height .sh-header-logo-container, header.primary-desktop .sh-header-height .sh-header { display: none !important; } header.primary-desktop .sh-header-middle { position: fixed; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; } header.primary-mobile{ margin-top: 80px; } }

Hi @fedorenkoar,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I can see the WPBakery page builder plugin button in your shared screenshot.
For the Brizy button, please make sure that you have activated the plugin and if you are still facing the problem then please contact the plugin support to resolve it.

Shufflehound team
No, you won’t lose it on updating the theme.
Awesome great to see you got that working.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!

Hi @Henry920130,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your shared site and it seems you are using an older version of the theme so please update the theme on your site to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

If the issue still persists then this can be a child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Jevelin theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site child theme issue.

Please try using the below custom CSS code instead of the CSS code shared above.
#page-container .header-contacts a { font-size: 14px; color: #FFF; display: inherit; } #page-container #header-contacts i { vertical-align: middle; }
You are always welcome here 🙂
Thank you for re-editing the review.
Have a fantastic day!
Yes, you can use the child theme.
