Thank you for sharing the site credentials but it seems you missed to share the username so could you please share it?
Hi @lorena,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I can see the footer is displaying fine with copyright text on your shared site as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can change the footer styling from the theme Styling settings as shown in the second and third attached screenshots.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
To display the name and the date stamp of the image, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Could you please share the screenshots of the screens where you are getting the issue and tell me how you want it to display so that I can help you?
Could you please temporarily enable it so that I can troubleshoot the issue?
Or would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Hi @User,

You can fix it using the Yellow Pencil editor in responsive mode as described in the below page.

Hi @asifkhan,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
When I click on edit page from my homepage, it takes me to WPBakery Page Builder which is okay but when I click on any Edit this coloumn, then I am not getting any option to do any changes. Some times it works but mostly it doesn’t work and I get Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.
I will attach a screenshot for you.
This is a server related issue so please contact your web host to resolve it.
Secondly I have copied the WooCommerce Status Report, I am geeting following error, please scroll down for the full report. Thanks
Archive template:Your theme has a woocommerce.php file, you will not be able to override the woocommerce/archive-product.php custom template since woocommerce.php has priority over archive-product.php. This is intended to prevent display issues.
This is not an error but just the information for you.
Are you facing any issue due to it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can achieve this by importing the demo content on your site as described in the below page which will create separate pages for each template.

Hi @chavba,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Hi! I imported a demo page, but only the frontpage imported.
The demo content only imports the required pages as importing unwanted pages will create overhead for some users.
(home-event) but the shop and cart page didnt. Is there any way add later?
And why didnt import every page?
Those pages are WooCommerce plugin pages, therefore, they are not imported but you can create them as described in the below page.

You are most welcome here 🙂
That gap won’t be visible If you change the body background color to black as described above.
That is not a vertical bar but a gap that displays background color and you can change that color as described above.
You are most welcome here 🙂
