Solution for this topic
Hi @xNilesX,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
Is this the above reason why I’m unable to update?
No, I don’t think so.
Please try updating to the below latest theme version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
How can I keep my work and still update to the latest version?
If you have not made any changes in the theme files then your work will be intact after updating the theme.
If you have made changes in the theme files then you have to make those changes again in the files after updating the theme as the theme update overwrites the theme files.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To remove “Category:” title, you have to develop custom code as developed in the plugin shared in the below topic.

I don’t see any background image on your shared category page.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Are you importing it from Appearance -> Import Demo Data?
This can be due to your site or web server misconfiguration.

It is not a Home page but a link to your site front page.

Hi German,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I wanted to mention that there was an existing website and I just changed the theme to yours so it seems things got mixed up.
Yes, this happens when you import the demo content on the existing site.
How can I make sure the site looks exactly like the demo so I can start adjusting by organizing and placing the text and images from the previous site into your theme?
If you have any development site then I recommend you to first import the demo content on it to check whether everything is fine.
In your existing site does the demo content created some pages after importing the demo content?
If yes then please visit those pages to know which one you would like to set as your site home page.

Are you using “WooCommerce Products (dynamic)” element?
If yes then it doesn’t have any settings to control image size so please try using a different element as displayed in the attached screenshot.

Hi @kailashlale,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
When clicked on the first post from the slider it redirects to a tag page instead of the blog page
Please try clicking on the post title and not on category as displayed in the attached screenshot.
and the third card on slider keeps opening website on the new tab in the browser if clicked
I tried to visit your shared site but it displays an error “This page isn’t working” and is not accessible.
Could you please make sure that it is accessible so that I can troubleshoot it?

As said above the maps on the shared demo page are displayed using Unyson Google map content element and you are using WpBakery page builder map on your site and they are different so provide different functionaities.
Ok, we are troubleshooting it.
In the meanwhile please use the other one.
Hi @krollemurow,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I can see the issue on desktop also as shown in the attached screenshot.
To confirm whether it is a theme issue, just temporary use the Twenty Seventeen theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s the theme issue.

You are always welcome 🙂
I can see two map elements in your shared screenshots.
Do you mean one of them work and not other?
If yes then please tell me specifically which one by describe it a bit more.
