It is not a Post Format but Review settings of the post that you can find in the post settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
In the meanwhile, you can disable the sticky header on mobile as described in the below topic.

@dxnet2008 This can be due to the SMTP details you have added in the settings are wrong so please test the details are correct.

Yes, as stated in the shared link that If it still does not work, add the following code add_filter(‘wpiw_proxy’, ‘__return_true’); to your site. Normally added in the functions.php file of your theme or via plugin, e.g: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/
