The existing logo is an image file so you can’t change its character.
You have to create another logo image from scratch to achieve it.
We have used Montserrat font with small adjustments to create the logo.

We can’t guarantee to achieve the exact same header as the header provided by every theme is unique and different.
You can change the header layout from the theme Header settings and from the individual page settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
You can request a refund from the ThemeForest where you have purchased the theme.

Please make sure that you are using below the latest version of the theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

It’s your WordPress installation issue.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
There isn’t any danger updating the theme and you can update it as described in the below page.

Also, you can take a backup of your site before updating the theme so that If anything goes wrong then you can recover it.

You have to activate the Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin after installing it.
Also, please try deleting your existing Jevelin theme before updating it.
