Yes, you can achieve this by creating four columns and setting background image to them.
Then add text content element on each of the columns to display text on the image.

This may be because I don’t have a page attribute for ‘template’ where I can select Blog. I only have Parent and Order. I don’t know why this would be as I see in another answer that seems to be part of the fix.
Yes, this seems the issue.
Please make sure that you have not selected the page as a Posts page in your site Reading Settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

The error is still there on your site as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please keep the WP Rocket cache plugin deactivated until we finish troubleshooting.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Once i have my homepage built on WPBakery can y switch to Brizy and start addig those pre-made blocks?
No, you can’t as you can only use one page builder for the single page.
Whats the ideal workflow for composing on these theme? Brizy, WPB, Unyson, Pencil…. many page builders so i’m very confused.
The Unyson plugin is a theme required plugin but its page builder is optional.
The Yellow Pencil Editor is not a page builder but a CSS style editor.
You can use WPBakery as a main page builder on your site and can use any other page builder on specific page if required but do not switch between the page builder if you have created the content on the page as it will be deleted.
