This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether the demo content imports fine.
This can also be your web host issue so could you please contact them to know whether they have any firewall or something causing not to access shufflehound.com site from scripts.
Hi Amy,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
No the Jevelin theme doesn’t have any cache.
The template displayed by the theme file page-blog.php it seems you might have made some changes in the file when copying it into child theme causing this issue.
Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
It seems from the shared error log that you are using wordfence plugin on your site which is restricting access to some of WordPress files such as /home/zelstco/public_html/wp-load.php causing the issue so either disable this plugin or contact the plugin developer to configure it properly.
You can also set correct file permissions to your WordPress files as described in the following pages.
