Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
Your shared site credentials are not working for me so I can’t troubleshoot it on your site.
Could you please make sure the shared credentials are correct and working fine?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Thank you for sharing the site details.
I logged in to your site and made it work by setting Home Construction page as home page and activating Page builder extension of Unyson plugin as shown in the attached screenshots.
Could you please confirm whether it is displaying fine for you now?

I logged in to your site and made it work using the attached small plugin specially developed for you that contains some custom code.
Now you can access the tabs directly by visiting URLs following.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The Basic demo contains Photography, Event, Nature, Creative and Fitness homepages. Blog demo contains Blog + Sidebar, Blog – Full and Blog – Side to Side homepages so to get Creative page you have to install Basic demo content.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Are you using any plugin or custom functionality to display sticky-placeholder-label which seems causing this issue?
If you are not sure then please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
You can also remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

You won’t lose your site content after updating the theme but for safer side you can take backup of your site before updating the theme.
You can update the theme on your site as described in the following page.
In that case would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
One of the menu items has “_blank” so it opens on a new tab, it works ok on desktop but on mobile it shows on the same tab. How can i fix this?
I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
I have tested it on my test site using Youtube video and it plays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please try using Youtube hosted video?
