    Thank you. 🙂

I simply created Woo-commerce products. My concern is that when I convert to the Redux/WP Bakery, that the products will not work properly. I believe the page builder is to create a page of many products. Is that correct?

I understood that it was recommended that we should convert from Unyson because I was getting error messages across the top of some pages.

Thank you! Yes, it was there. All sorted now

I’m afraid I don’t have the exact date, but it would have been when the alert came out. My dashboard says all my themes are up to date.
However, I still get the message that I need to update WP Bakery to 6.9 because mine is at 6.8 – and yet I get an error message every time I try to do that update because it’s meant to be embedded in the theme.

I’ve got the latest version installed – and it says it is 5.3.1. This one doesn’t come with a zip file so I can’t install it on my website – non-techie here.

    Any thoughts?

I’ve installed and activated WP Bakery and am going through the tutorials.

Can you please confirm that what you mean is that I need to replicate all of my pages in WPBakery and then deactivate Unyson and finally activate Redux Framework?

I’m not sure what Redux Framework does so I am not certain whether I need it activated at the start of this process. Your earlier message seemed to indicate that it should only be activated once all Unyson pages have been replaced.

Could you please confirm whether this understanding is correct?

So that means rebuilding my whole website. Not a great solution – but I understand not your doing.

    Thank you.

Thank you. Log in information in the private field as recommended.

There is a recurring error message that appears at the top of the page intermittently – and has never been resolved (see my other open ticket)

If, by any chance you notice something that could be causing that, I’d be really grateful if you could let me know what’s causing that.

Are there any instructions on how to do the migration?

I have removed all the plugins that are causing a problem and the error message is still occurring intermittently.
Jevelin seems to have this tendency as I’ve had them coming and going.

Here is the latest error message which appears on the website itself as well as at the top of the admin dashboard:

<b>Warning</b>: session_start(): Unable to clear session lock record in <b>/var/sites/v/vandymasseystudio.art/public_html/wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/includes/hooks.php</b> on line <b>259</b>

    <b>Warning</b>: session_start(): Failed to read session data: memcached (path: 10.170.0.172:11211; 10.170.0.173:11211; 10.170.0.174:11211) in <b>/var/sites/v/vandymasseystudio.art/public_html/wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/includes/hooks.php</b> on line <b>259</b>

I am using PHP 7.4 which is the latest version my hosting service supports.

I gather than Unyson is no longer supported. Could this have been the problem all along. Is there an alternative that won’t break my website? What would you suggest?

The errors are back. I’ve started a new thread as this seem to be a Unyson problem

    I have the same problem.
I bought Jevelin years ago and suddenly, my website is throwing up error codes and telling me that the theme is not activated. I have inserted the code a number of times but it is saying the code isn’t recognised.

Thank you. We appreciate your help. I have added the WordPress login information in the private field.

Thank you for offering a solution.

Unfortunately, we use Unyson rather than WPBakery. It would be helpful to know why the fonts are no longer visible. Is this a change to Jevelin?

    Solution for this topic

Many thanks for the suggestion. It turns out that over 230,000 session files had been created in the TMP folder. They have now been cleared.

    Resolved. User error 🙂

I spoke to my hosting company and they may have solved the problem for me. But based on last time, I can’t say its completely resolved for a week or so yet – given that the problem recurred before.

So all I can say is that the message is currently not appearing.

So, no need to respond further at the moment. Thanks.

I did all of that. My website was clear for less than a week and then the error message returned.

Are you actually asking me to do it all again?

Aaaand it’s back again. So not resolved at all. This is becoming a real pain. And Unyson support forum doesn’t seem to have any answers to questions for weeks now – so no support at all, actually.

    Any other ideas?
