We can see that your website have issues loading the icon pack and therefore it shows blank. In further inspection we can see that your website have some kind of CSS/JS file loading optimization and that is most likely causing this issue, so can you please try to disable it and check if that works?

We are now considering to add an option, so it can be changed from the theme settings. It could be added in the next update

The somewhat good news is that we found out that in our Gillion showcase website we have the same issue. But only when we are not logged in as then caching isn’t enabled.
Unfortunately at the moment we can’t find the cause, but we will let you know when we will fix it.

Then it is possible that you have a different kind of issue than what we fixed recently.
To fix your issue we will need to access your website, otherwise we can’t find the cause for your issue (you can share it in the private field).

We can confirm that our Instagram feed widget isn’t working correctly anymore due to many changes Instagram made.
As alternative we would recommend to use Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed plugin. Very popular and frequently supported plugin.

Our image aspect ratio varies on blog posts layouts, but at the moment there isn’t option to change specific layout image sizes. Can you please share a link to your website where you would like to improve this? (you can share it in the private field if needed).

Plugins have license from our theme – that means that there is no need activate individual plugins.
Please try to install demo content again and let us know if that works now. 🙂

Would it be possible to access your website? We will need the access data to your website to do further tests as otherwise we don’t have any ideas why that could be happening as it is working fine in our test servers.

Regarding to outdated WooCommerce files – we checked and our theme doesn’t include such a file. That means that it is custom added and needs manual updating.

For some unknown reason your website are being block as a bot. We will inspect it, but for now you can just download ZIPs manually from those links you shown us in the screenshot and uploaded them in the plugin section under add new button.
