Most likely you want to use Mailchimp for WordPress plugin. If you haven’t installed it then it should be available under Appearance > Install plugins

We can see that this is a page builder settings related issue.
You need to open page editor and change column width for mobile devices to 100%.

Recently we added theme activation feature which provides automatic theme updates in theme dashboard, so Envato Market Plugin isn’t needed anymore.

You can copy it again and replace header-standard-position with header-social-media, then it should work in title bar too

Unfortunately, at the moment we don’t have a solution for your issue. We can only disable mobile dropdown completely.

This custom CSS should remove it:
.header-mobile-search, .header-mobile-social-media { display: none!important; }
