Yes we can confirm that, but only on your website. At the moment we can’t replicate it in our demo site.

Looks like we found a bug related to your issue. When entering navigation link without domain and just #core-services it scrolls down just fine, but with domain included it have some issues with animation. We will add this issue to the bug list and will let you know when it is fixed.
Also just letting you know, that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software is blocking your website.

At the moment there isn’t such an option, but we will consider to add this in future theme versions. Till then you could try to search some WordPress countdown plugins and some of them may include similar functionality.

To remove SKU and Category items you can use this CSS code bellow (can be used in Admin Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code ):
.sh-woo-layout row .product_meta { display: none!important; }You can add images in this way (attached bellow).
Only about sub-headlines we don’t have any simple solution at this moment.
