This is a titlebar element.
You can enable it under Admin Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Titlebar

Our included plugin Slider Revolution is compatible with our theme, but we can’t make sure that every plugin option is working right, because that is up plugin developer. Otherwise we couldn’t include any feature rich plugin.

Please try following:
- Open Admin Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Styling
- Under Choose the character sets you need to check Cyrillic option
- Then under Headings you need to select Open Sans and set Style to 700

Can you please contact your website hosting and ask to check if they can’t see any issues with you setup?
At the moment we can see that demo content is not only one that isn’t working. Tools > Backup feature also is broken, which could suggest of some kind of server setup issues.
