Yes, sure you can roll back the previous version if needed. There are no real differences between beta and production other than this version is not yet tested by theme users.
We made some changes on our end and the copyright formatting should work better with this update.

Currently, you can just raise a ticket as WPBakery page builder updates aren’t too often. In meantime, we will think about a better solution 🙂

It is most likely due to HTML security features that remove non-editor related HTML code.
Any ideas on which was your previous theme version? That would help us to understand the changes between these versions.

It should be very easy, if your theme version supports automatical theme updates then you can just update it via the dashboard, if not we added a ZIP file below.
After update you can update plugins under Appearance > Install Plugins

About 1. and 3. we can recommend using Autopmize plugin. It can help to eliminate render-blocking resources and lazy load images.
About 2. previously we have achieved good results with WebP Express plugin.

Not sure if there is one as we have built custom elements and options that no other theme would have built exactly like us. Other themes would have different settings and elements.
So we can understand your concern, but unfortunately, we don’t have any other theme to recommend as a backup.
