Oh, it seems that we understood the issue.
Our carousel only supports blog posts – no other post types (like pages or products) will work there. It seems that we can’t change it that easily without creating a new element, which is a time-consuming process.

- We updated the link structure to support more SEO-friendly links (under Settings > Permalink), which seems to have fixed it
- We added custom CSS under Jevelin Settings > CSS/JS, which hides the category in the portfolio pages

It seems that we may found the cause.
The uploaded images are too small to auto-generate square image sizes in your mentioned place. Can you please try to upload larger images?

Quite often, the Elementor cache is causing the layout issue you see.
Please try going to Elementor (in the left admin sidebar) > Tools and under Regenerate CSS & Data click on Regenerate Files & Data.
