Would it be possible to login into your website and test it further? (you can share it in the private information field)
Hi there,
Thank you for the login data!
Unfortunetly it shows “ERROR: Incorrect username or password.” can you please check the login data?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We can understand that, but at the moment we don’t have any clues about what could cause it.
Can you please switch to a standard WordPress theme and test it then? Also if you disable the Redux framework does the issue go away?
Hi there,
That is strange.
Have you updated the Slider revolution to the latest available version?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Oh, loading jquery late could cause this issue.
We could create a custom CSS to show the masonry layout immediately, but it would be somewhat broken without jQuery, so that doesn’t seem like a good idea.
What kind of score are you getting?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We improved how the responsive layout works on your website with some custom CSS, can you please take a look now?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
In your WordPress dashboard, we couldn’t find any issues.
The issue may also be coming from the wp-config.php file (if the domain is hardcoded there). We would recommend contacting your website hosting as they might fix this issue for you.
About the portfolio issue, it seems that this issue should be fixed first as it may also cause it.
Hi there,
It depends on which theme builder you are using. As it seems that the page you are referring to is only available for the Unyson page builder.
The footer animation should be available under Jevelin Settings (at the topbar) > Footer > Footer parallax option

Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We can see the issue and it seems to be caused by the Unyson page builder.
At the moment we have two solutions:

Hi there,
We saw that you already opened a separate ticket, so we answered there.

Hi there,
We created a small CSS snippet, which should fix this issue:
body.home #wrapper .sh-page-layout-default { padding-top: 0px!important; }
You can add it under Jevelin Settings (at the top bar) > CSS/JS section. Let us know if that works! 🙂

Shufflehound team
Hi there,
We would need to see a live demo with both a working and broken layout to determine the cause. Would that be possible?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
Did you manage to fix it?
It seems that your current header is built with Elementor.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
We are glad that it worked! 🙂
Hi there,
Should be fixed by installing the classic widgets plugin.
Can you please confirm that? 🙂
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
In this case, this is not the theme’s fault as the website is set up incorrectly. Most browsers are blocking fonts because your website is trying to load them from a different domain and that is considered a security issue. We attached a screenshot below, so you can see the errors.
You can share login data to your website (in the private information field below) and we can take a look at how to fix that
Sure, you can take a look at tutorials like this one
We can understand that, but no other user has reported similar issues and so we don’t have any idea where to start.
At the moment this issue seems more like WordPress setup-related issue than related to our theme. As this issue still presets after using two completely different theme frameworks.
If we would have access to your website dashboard we would inspect your current setup options, theme-related options, and more, which can’t be done by looking at the files.
Hi there,
We checked your website and found errors in the website console. It seems that you have some issues with your website links as your domain link is different than your website CSS/JS/font file domain and that is causing this issue.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Yes, we saw that there is some kind of update issue with your plugin, but we couldn’t see any issues with our theme.
Depending on your setup, it could be available in your website hosting or if enabled inside your wp-content folder.
