Oh, we found the issue – you have a custom CSS that rewrites your font. We attached an screenshot bellow.
As you have so many plugins we are not exactly sure from were it is coming from, but you can start by disabling plugins one by one and see if that fixes it

Can you please let us know which theme version are you using?
We are not sure why that could happen as this section can’t be disabled.
In our test sites it is working just fine, so without access to your website we don’t have any clues what could be causing it

- We can confirm this issue and we are working on it to solve it. But at the moment we don’t have an ETA on when it will be fixed
- We recommend to use this plugin, which should have functionality needed for your website. Only the design could be an issue as it most likely will be different. At the moment we are thinking on how we could improve that

Yes, our theme supports SVG files, but you will need to enable them for your WordPress installation. You can do that using this plugin.
About your other questions:
- In this case portfolio element will show original image aspect ratios. So you will need to add different ratio images to show them in different aspect ratios
- We are not sure if we quite understand how you need it to work
- The fastest way to change it for this layout would be to use this custom CSS bellow (not the prettiest, but should get the job done)

Hi there,
After a lot of debugging it seems that we found the cause.
WPBakery page builder “Columns position” option was causing it. We changed it from “Center” to “Top” and now it seems fine.

It seems that we don’t support option to open products in a new tab. It might be possible to add it via custom JS.
Each product page can be customized by going to the product edit page and changing options under page settings.
