Issue 1: When I got to AANBOD and then press on one of the house i suddenly see ‘portfolio’ & ‘projecten’ how do I remove or change that (see screenshot blue arrows)?
You can remove it by deactivating the titlebar in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Issue 2: see screenshot yellow box with arrow. How do I change the text -> materials and the text below I want to change.
You can change it by editing the portfolio and its content.

It seems your website specific issue.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I can’t access the login screen on your shared website as I am getting the same error screen as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please contact your website host to resolve it.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me without any issue and also it works fine on the thousands of wesbites of our users.
It doesn’t seem the theme issue but can be a Unyson plugin issue that causes session_start error which you can resolve as described below.

Could you please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the WP-Super-Cache plugin that you are using on your website.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme and plugins.
Also, Could you please share the screenshot of the WPBakery page builder element that you are using to display the author sections?

I don’t have an iPad device to test it on landscape mode therefore I test it on iPad simulator here http://appsimulator.net/webapp/?frame=apple_ipad_air_h&link=https://www.buj.cloud/ and it works fine for me.
I have asked my colleague to test it on an iPad device to troubleshoot the issue.
Please make sure that you have installed and activated the theme required Unyson plugin.
It seems you missed to share your website URL so could you please share it?
You can try resolving it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

As said above, we will resolve the custom header issue.
In the meanwhile, you can use the other header template as shown in the attached screenshot.
