Solution for this topic
Hi @gusta,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can resolve it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container { overflow: hidden; }
After using the above CSS code, please clear the WPRocket cache that you are using on your website.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi @itsphoeniks,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
I visited your website and saw the text is justified on it as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi @jkloptosky,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Are you using the image element of the Unyson page builder or WpBakery page builder?
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Hi @janice9115,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
You can import the demo content as described on the below page.
https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/
Before importing the demo content, please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme and activated all the theme required plugins from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
Please login to access this file
You can use multiple editors on your website but please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.
Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Hi @greensmith,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Your shared events page is not accessible and displays a 404 error.
Could you please make sure that the page is accessible so that I can troubleshoot the issue?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It seems that page a specific issue so I need to create a new page.
Also, I may need to edit the theme files if required so could you please grant me full access as it is your development website?
Solution for this topic
I logged into your website and set the slider as “Titlebar Revolution Slider” by editing your website homepage as shown in the attached screenshots.
Could you please check it now?
You are most welcome here 🙂
Still can’t get the templates to appear as the ones you have (category container) see picture attached.
You have to edit those categories and add images to them as shown in the attached screenshot.
Thank you.
Still, I don’t have full access to your dev website and I can’t create a new page.
I get an error “You do not have permission to access this page.” when I try to create a new page.
Please advise.
Could you please edit your home page and try setting its header option to light as shown in the attached screenshot?
I guess the template has problem or so, because I tried installing It on a different cpanel and it’s the same thing on there
I have tested it on my website by importing the fitness demo content but didn’t face the issue on it.
Could you please share your other site URL where also it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?
Hi Ravi,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Do you mean you don’t face the issue with the latest version of the theme on your web server but faces it on the local server?
If yes then please make sure that you are using the latest version of PHP on both the servers.
Yes, you can achieve that using the Yellow Pencil Editor.
Solution for this topic
Please also use the below CSS code to change the dropdown option color.
#page-container .wpcf7-form li label { color: #000 !important; }
Do you have any staging or development website where I can log in and troubleshoot the issue?
You can use the below plugins and grant me limited temporary login access to your website.
