Would you mind if I log in to your staging site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having the text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I could confirm it on your website.
You have used relative URL in the menu such as #service so could you please try using an absolute URL as https://www.yourwebsite.com.bn/#service

Could you please tell me why you can’t use the loco translate plugin?
You can use the loco translate plugin to translate the theme as described on the below pages.
https://support.shufflehound.com/theme-translation/
https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual
You are most welcome here 🙂
I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
I could confirm the issue on your website but it’s working fine on my website.
Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Unyson plugin.
Also, could you please make the shared user account as an admin on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
Please try disabling the Lazy Loading option of the image as shown in the attached screenshot.
Hi @d-solution,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Your shared website is not accessible and displays an error “This site can’t be reached”.
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
Please login to access this file

I visited your website but didn’t see undefined on it as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please advise.
For all other things, you can try achieving this using the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below page.

Hi @MICHALbloger,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I’d like to change ratio of my image thumbnails in Gillion Theme and not sure what to do it best. I see some of them are coded as img background and some of them not. Could you, please, help me?
There is also a section with a vertical widget at the bottom of my website (called “Topowe kategorie”/”Top categories”). I’d like to have it in square as well.
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Gillion theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/gillion-multiconcept-blogmagazine-theme/19470306/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
Also I’d like to get rid of info about author, date etc. and leave article title only. Is that possible?
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
.sh-categories .tab-content .post-style-cover .post-meta { display: none; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You are most welcome here 🙂
Glad, it’s working for you 🙂

Hi Ben,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can change its color by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code
#page-container .wpcf7-form label, #page-container .wpcf7-form .cf7-required:after { color: #FFF !important; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Could you please also share the exact page URL from your site where the image is displaying so that I can help you?
I don’t see the issue on your shared website so could you please share the screenshot of the page where you are getting it?
Ok we can update to the latest, do you think that is the issue?
Yes, that can be an issue.
When you say the log in to your website, are you talking about wp-admin or something else? I provided the login to our staging site for the actual website view, not wp-admin.
Yes, I am talking about wp-admin and the staging site credentials will be sufficient.
Hi @hoshkoshmedia,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The fitness template is responsive that you can see on the below demo website.

Have you made any changes to the template that caused the issue on your website?

That file is a woocommerce file that is just copied from the woocommerce plugin into the theme directory so please check the same file in the woocommerce plugin and report the issue the plugin developer if you see the same issue.
