Sorry, it’s getting late but we’ll resolve it ASAP.
Now, the below message is displaying in the browser console.

Could you please test it in the browser console yourself and resolve all the errors?
Hi Paul,

Hi @DoBi,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Hello. I can’t find the menu creation option in the header like the demo (see picture: Home).
Do you want to display the menu in the header or create sub-menu?
Could you please describe it a bit more in detail?
I tried to replace it by setting it as mega menu with option of maximum number of posts with 0, but failed.
Could you please share the screenshot of the screen where you have set it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I could confirm the issue on your shared website.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
If it is not plugin conflict then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Are you able to assist with change my editor back to Gutenberg. Whenever I go to my blog post in the editor, it automatically goes to WPBakery and not the Gutenberg.
Please make sure that you have configured the WPbakery plugin settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
You are most welcome here 🙂
Hi Sophie,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You have to manually upload the font and apply it to the elements developing CSS code as described below.

Glad it is working fine for you now!
Hi @savethecat,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The theme does not search any post by author name.
Are you using any search plugin to achieve this or does the author name also appear in post content?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Hi @esepulveda,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
To achieve this, you can import demo content on your staging or development website as described on the below page.

Hi Adam,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The Jevelin theme provides one level category filtering and not two-level filtering so you have to consider using a third-party plugin to achieve this.

Hi @CBDFactum,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
If you have already purchased the Jevelin theme then you don’t need to purchase it again.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
You have to enable the Geocoding API as described in the below topics.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/google-maps-element-not-showing-up/#post-53858
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/google-maps-shows-gray-box/#post-55284
We have to test it with the default theme to confirm whether it is theme-specific or not.
You can also consider testing it on your staging or development website.
Awesome great to see you got that figured out.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
You are most welcome here 🙂
But how is it possible that those colors settings interfere with my CSS if the AMP option is disabled?
Yes, it’s weird therefore I want to troubleshoot it on your website why this is happening.
