It is not an icon box that is displayed on the startup-clean demo page but the combination of below elements which are added in separate columns.

Please test it clearing your browser cache.
You are getting the error “Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function body_class” but body_class is a WordPress function as described below so it must be defined and it is not related to the theme but your WordPress installation.

It seems your WordPress installation is having an issue so please reinstall the WordPress as described below.

Ok then could you please try using a sample Youtube video to test whether it is Vimeo video-specific issue?
I tested it multiple times on my android mobile and it is working fine for me.
Could you please create a test page and add only that element on the page and test whether it works fine for you?
Could you please share the screenshot of the error?
Then it seems the issue of custom code used in your child theme as the child theme is working fine for me on my test site so please try temporarily removing the custom code one by one from your child theme to know which specific code is causing this issue.

Or would you mind if I log in to your site and check it myself? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
I troubleshoot it but didn’t find anything causing the issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
If it is not plugin conflict then would you mind if I log in to your site and do some more troubleshooting? Please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring to the information provided in the following pages.

If you tap on any product it directs to the shop page, instead of single product.
This is happening because of the anchor links you have added to the columns as shown in the attached screenshot so please remove those links to make it work.
As I said in previous post I’ve already tried this and it didn’t make a change. Could you check it, please?
Then does it work fine using any default WordPress theme such as Twenty Nineteen theme?

Does the heading pro options work fine for you now after activating the Jevelin theme on your website?
