Hi Mark,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of PHP on your server by referring the information provided in the following pages.
https://www.wikihow.com/Check-PHP-Version
http://php.net/supported-versions.php
Can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:
define('WP_DEBUG',true);
You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.
Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you face this issue.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team

Yes, you need to contact the plugin developer.
Solution for this topic
I was talking about your post salesforce-for-outlook-a-complete-guide.
This is happening because of the WP YouTube Lyte plugin that you are using on your site that I have deactivated now.
Could you please confirm it?
Hi Lorenzo,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The Video Player Element does not support self hosted videos but you can try achieving it using the below plugins.

Yes, I can see the PHP version is updated but the 504 error is still occurring on your site.
You can fix the 504 error as described in the below pages.

Do you have any other WordPress site hosted on a different server where we can import that demo data to confirm whether it’s your web host issue?
The store page is generated dynamically by WooCommerce plugin so you can’t edit it using WPBakery page builder.
You have to develop custom code to edit store page which you can do by contacting the WooCommerce plugin support.
All other pages (Home, about, contact) are created by Unyson page builder so you can only edit them using the same Unyson page builder and not any other page builder.
I can see this is also happening for other blog posts such as shared in the private reply.
Have you made changes in the theme files?
Could you please try deleting the theme on your site and reinstalling the below latest version of the theme?

Is there a way of having a different image for the thumbnail instead of the featured image?
To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support
If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5

To troubleshoot the issue, could you please temporary share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
