I don’t have the option you show for creating a new header. Is there a way to do it without purchasing the $45 WPBakery page builder?
The WPbakery page builder plugin comes with the theme and you can install it as described in the following page. You don’t need to purchase it and activate the plugin license to use it.

This is happening on your shared site because your site home page contains slider javascript only which is displaying in the search results.
To resolve the issue please try adding excerpt text manually in the excerpt field of your site home page.

You can hide post excerpt on categories pages by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can just use classical editor as described in the below pages.

Then delete and reinstall the updated plugin version from Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

As it is older browser so could you please try updating it to the latest version.

Only the changes made in the theme files will be overwritten.

It is not a theme related issue but your site specific.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any or use following plugin to check it.

Problem 1:
I want to take of the widget are on my single product page, and stretch row and content to look more like the single product page on your Gillion theme in the attached picture, the second picture is my test product example.
You can achieve this setting your site page layout to without sidebar as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Problem 2:
I want to remove the “Shop” title of the shop page on the left-hand side.
You can remove it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

No there isn’t an option to achieve it without custom coding.
