No the theme doesn’t have any options for it.
You don’t have to change it on every page.
Alternatively, you can change it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

I don’t understand what could be wrong with it? All other emails come through to my hotmail account. Any ideas?

Also how can you change the from name so it doesn’t say WordPress?
You can change from name in the contact form settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

Yes the screencast worked fine for me now.
You can’t achieve it with the way you are trying.
To achieve this just move Tabs content element from a seperate column into its top column as shown in the attached screenshot.

Your shared screencast does not load after 10 seconds. Seems screencast issue.
What I understand from your description that you are adding elements in two columns below each other but you see gap between them.
This is how it happens in column based grid which doesn’t work like Masonry so instead of using two columns you can just add them in one column.

If you are using Unyson blog posts content element then you can change it using Unyson page builder.
Just edit that page and check which page builder content element you are using.
